Frequently asked questions

What does the license cover?

A single-business commercial license: one buyer (a person or a company) deploys and runs the kit for their own business and its clients, forever. Redistributing or reselling the kit files themselves is not allowed — every business needs its own license.

Do I need a server or a paid Cloudflare plan?

No server, and no paid plan to start. The worker runs on Cloudflare's free tier (at the time of writing: 100,000 requests/day) and the database on D1's free tier. You need your own domain added to Cloudflare — domains registered anywhere work.

How hard is the setup, honestly?

One copy-paste session of about 20–30 minutes if you've used a terminal before: five commands in SETUP.md (wrangler login, d1 create, paste the id, one secret, deploy). No npm packages, no build step, no docker. If you get stuck, the troubleshooting table in SETUP.md has a fix for every common symptom.

What is the refund policy?

If the kit doesn't fit how you work, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — the zip is yours to keep or delete. One refund per purchase; we only ask for optional feedback.

Aren't there free alternatives?

Yes — Dub.co and YOURLS are genuinely free, and for tinkering they're great. But you assemble them yourself: server or Workers setup, database, dashboard, QR tooling — none of it integrated.
